Fooled you with that date, didn't it? I'm finally sitting down at my computer again on Monday and discovered I hadn't clicked "Post." Today I will.

men, I'll be over for that taco casserole (sans the cheese sauce); yes, I have made a similar dish occasionally. Love it. So glad your getaway weekend was a good one. Your school is quite small--just 7 on the staff. Or, did I misunderstand that.

Judy, I do love to eat those snacky meals. Though sometimes they become all-evening-long marathons of snacking. ;)

We have the grands this week-end, and it's been so much fun. Last night was a visit to a pumpkin farm on steroids (fun rides for the kids (like a giant hamster wheel that they propelled, a mini-zip line, an apple cannon shooter, etc. etc.); oh, but we all loved it. Today Habitat had a booth at the farmers market in the morning and our church had Trunk, Treat and Eat in the afternoon. Such Halloween grandeur!

Bev-MI The taco casserole sounds delish!! I have been keeping up with the 10.000 steps, most days. It does take some time and effort. spending more time at pt place and finishing up the days with some stationary bike riding at DMs. :)

men52 Sorry, ladies, but the taco casserole is eaten! It is supposed to serve 10 and 7 of us ate it all. Elaine, I would think you could sprinkle some greens instead of cheese.
