I had some trouble getting into this site a while back, but lately it's been ok.
I am still fighting the "bulge" and going to WW as well as a tiny local weigh in group. I get to the PT place about 3 times a week and walk in the senior hall a couple of times. When I do get home, I am on the computer, for a short time, hit and miss on house cleaning, and returning phone calls. My afternoons fly by!
Today, very little exercise getting accomplished. Had breakfast/lunch out with dh and here I sit at the computer. His birthday was yesterday, so....per his request, we are having a fish fry this evening...smelt with hush puppies!

Bev, so good to hear from you. You've been a faithful "mover" since the beginning and you continue despite how busy you now are. My doc wanted me to do a bone-building med, too, but I'm resisting.
