I'm afraid behavior will be as hard as when subbing. I feel like a failure when I cannot get kids to listen!
Some days I cannot remember content. In elementary school and the days the upper math pops up and I can't remember I feel stupid....
Anyone have some words of hope? I'm scared from my subbing( though the good days feel wonderful. I love teaching when I can get the kids to listen!)
Just worried my experience subbing will transfer to my own room :(

typo - (sorry) when you are someone that is NOT going away (or that they have to deal with and know the groundrules from Day 1.
