Technically, they can contact anyone. In practice, it probably varies quite a bit. I don't they even contacted my then current supervisor because we were living overseas.
Maybe someone hired more recently has a better handle on how far back they went.

Pretty much. If there is a burning need for you/your position this year, they should still be able to access your file for referrals, etc.

Maybe the "Quals" tab? That's where it states if you are qualified/not qualified, pending, or requires more information. I'm not sure what else it would be.

If there's a little red asterisk next to the state teaching certificate and official transcripts, does that mean it uploaded correctly? I've had trouble in the past not clicking something correctly or something.

The only documents I reload every year are my 5 state licenses, my college transcripts, and my PRAXIS scoresheet. That ended up being my only referral for the year and it was a part-time job :(

I would even go so far as to say that you should re-upload them on a monthly basis. Try it for a few months and see if it triggers more referrals.

Open and scan one copy and keep an unopened official copy to have signed and uploaded later. If you are near s DoDEA school or HQ, they can open, verify as originals by signing that they were originals and scan and send copies to you.

On the FAQ page, it states: Can I upload a copy of my official transrcpts? Answer We require copies of all official transrcpts. We do not accept e-transrcpts or unofficial transrcpts.

DoDEA is charged more for the rotator than what they pay for most commercial flights, so they prefer you not fly the rotator. If a military travel office is booking, they may not realize this.

@Mary they didn't make me take the rotator. He asked me if I wanted to and I said no so he just looked for commerical options.
