No worries. I don't claim to be an expert, never actually having had a spouse go through the entire process of being hired in either country. As I said, you hear about people you know (and know of) working on the economy but don't necessarily know all of the details and/or how common or easy it really is to arrange.

It sounds as though you received a tentative offer and must fill out the background information and update some missing information so they can complete your in-processing and give you your firm offer.
