There is a free USAREUR license program on the internet. Just practice on the license program several times until you get a passing score. And remember for the test, it is true you may be required to give a blood-alcohol test many hours after you have been released from an accident site. It is not logical, but it is true.

I'm sorry you've been given wrong information-- you may rent a car out in town without the useur license. You may not rent on base without one. Elvato, our secretary shares a link with the driving handbook
