Anyone else miserable attheir DoDEA schools? Been in the same school for 10 years and it's been miserable....constantly feel like the Admin is looking to get everyone....seen countless teachers thrown under the bus...I got wrote up for calling out a parent for harassing me....been constantly given new forms, agendas, etc.that just adds more stress to what I already deal with. I'm hoping that it isn't like this at all the DoDEA schools. Can you guys that are in DoDEA tell me that it's not like this at all the locations...I've been trying to relocate for the past few years....but I don't want to move if it's like that every where I go. By the way, I can't leave the federal government because of retirement reasons...Im stuck.

haha Between my spouse and I we have been at 4 different DoDEA schools. I would rate our experiences as 1 great, 2 good, 2 fair. So much does depend on admin, some of the core veteran teachers, the parents, command, etc. The students have generally been just fine overall.
