It doesn't really help unless you can use it to turn it into a state cert of some kind. Then it will generally reduce the number of credit hours required to be considered qualified by DoDEA (usually cuts it in half).

If you are already certified in some states, they will allow you to pass a specific praxis exam to be additionally certified in the new subject. Not all states do it. Ok, yes in Texas we can do that. However, I don't think I have enough college credit where it would be worth it for me. Thanks for the info. That clears it up a lot.
