I was able to put my phone on hold now that I am teaching in Europe and am now heading home on rat. I want to get AT&T phone. I know military stationed oversees can get their phone unlocked, but I don't know if this applies to dodea. Anyone had this done?

Couple of Questions Anyone can get their phone unlocked. It will depend on what plan you have, but if you've completed your initial agreement, it's easy. There's a form you can fill out online, and you usually have it completed within 3 days.
