Just finished a ten question interview to an overseas Microsoft TEAMS account -- no video chat. Received the EAS Referral 07/27/2021 and the interview email request 07/30/2021. Interviewed 08/01/2021. Decision to be made 08/06/2021. All questions had to be answered in less than 30 minutes. Only two interviewers and questions were read from a list. This is a NTE DoDEA position for one year only. No housing allowance. No transportation agreement. There is a 25% COLI. Decision to be made in one week.

No LQA or TA?? This has to be Puerto Rico or Guam. No way could an offer be made for DoDEA Europe or Pacific under those conditions unless you are a local hire.

Your are correct. My application was declined and another candidate selected 24 hours after the interview. I now suspect this position was designed for a local hire previously selected.
