haha is right...depends who you ask..... I have a friend who applied while stateside, took a job offer at an international school, got a referral for a job over the winter holidays, was stateside when they took the interview, got the job offer while still stateside, only to be told that they would not receive LQA as they were not residing in the US...See More

They way they currently state it- the candidate must be living in the USA for at least one year AND during the application process through to the final offer in order to qualify for LQA.
