Has anybody had experience with this? Our principal has been coming to our team's (lower elementary) once a week planning period to observe. He doesn't say much during the period but takes notes. A couple of us have written notes to him that it is kinda "cramping our style". For one thing, we can't be candid with each other (even to say, hey I didn't get to that last week, can we put it on the plans again for this week etc.). He has changed the way we do it in that he asked that one of us put in "bare bones" plans ahead of time and have each person bring in an idea for a given subject for student engagement, then talk about it during our period instead of typing them up. It hasn't helped with getting them done in time.
Not really clear on why this bothers you On 10/19/11, Lena wrote: > Has anybody had experience with this?
