I would like to make a summer salad for my family. I hate to turn on the oven when it is so hot. Does anyone have a delicious summer salad recipe to share?
st Lettuce salads are always nice. Just sprinkle some lemon juice or vinegar on top.

Christy I often take the grilled chicken strips (frozen section) and heat them in a skillet with a little butter. If you like more flavor, add a little marinade (we like teryaki) as they heat. Kathy I was just reading about the Rachel Ray post that has you make all your meals in one day. I don't do that, but frequently when I grill chicken I add an extra breast.
