I found Karen's Bean Salad or Texas Caviar interesting and thought I would make it for the fourth. I can't decide if I should make it tonight and serve it cold or wait until later tomorrow and serve it at room temp.

I like the idea of letting the ingredients marinate over night, but I thought it would taste good at room temp. The recipe doesn't mention refreg. the mixture.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the advice. That makes sense. I guess I'm to tired to think. LOL
