GailMA for all grades you can use Lexia (there are different levels for different skills and grades) but it can be expensive; kids can work independently with little training; not great for comprehension; more Orton-Gillingham based work

SueJ CHeck out Starfall - and reading naturally is nice for good old repeated reading and practice.
