Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

Start a new discussion...
I have been teaching for almost 10 years and last year I took a new job as the K-4th grade behavior intervention teacher. Last year was fairly smooth, but this year has been rough. I started the year with 2 new paras, I have 3 total, but that is not the rough part. I have 3 full time students and 17 other students that have behavior plans and have access to my classroom and my support. I am wondering how, if you are a behavior teacher, you structure your classroom? I have had some pretty severe behaviors the past month and I am trying to figure out a different way of working with my students. Thanks for any comments of suggestions.
