I'd like to ask someone a few questions if they don't mind. Have been asked to take this on and am a bit worried about the commitment, especially the marking. Thanks.
https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/8ZC...See MoreHi Folks, I'm currently working towards my BA honours in music and as part of my dissertation- based on developmental music education research, I have designed a survey. I signed up to be a tutor of ancient and modern foreign languages (specifically Classical Greek, Latin and Modern Greek). For CG and MG I will be teaching for Primary, KS3, GCSE and A - levels. For Latin, Primary and KS3. The problem is I can only find very general instructions on what the curriculum should be. I cannot find any standardised textbooks (or even textbook suggestions) for teaching younger children. I can plan my own lessons, but I cannot be sure that I will cover everything that should be covered. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I submitted my paperwork with the DODEA to be a secondary science teacher and have qualified status. I also have QTS status with the UK government. Just curious about when the DODEA will start contacting me about positions?
I'm doing q pdge. I keep hearing about the long hours etc. Is it possible to do 8.30 to 5 and not have loads of work to do at home. Im not considering trying to be a head teacher but have thought about pastoral care. So far what I've seen looks fairly simple compared to previous jobs.
NovelYou could be amazingly incredibly organised and efficient and perhaps keep it to those hours, but it's unlikely you will consistently manage that. Which subject/age do you think you might teach?
