AFS summer study and need for host families for the fall

Fellow Educators,

I would like to inform you of two AFS opportunities. One
is for students who want to go abroad for the summer. There
are still spaces in Panama (Community Servics and Language
study programs) ,Costa Rica (Community Service),
Turkey (homestay), Thailand (Community Service) and
Paraguay (soccer and homestay.

AFS is also looking for wonderful host families for the
fall to open up their hearts and homes to the AFSers who
will arrive in August for a year in the USA. New bios are
arriving each week. Students need to be placed by May 1st
in many areas as the schools close to exchange students at
that time. Please, contact AFS at 1-800-AFS-INFO or go

This is the 60th Anniversary for AFS. Currently, AFS is
partnering with 60 countries worldwide and are the leading
exchange organization in the world.
