Thanks, Elaine! I rode the 34 miles this morning on a gorgeous sunny almost fall like morning. They had over 350 bikers from all over the Midwest. I pretty much rode alone at my pace. Great job, men52. You finished it in fine style. 11 mph is an awe average. Especially with hills!!! You deserve the relaxation. Yay! What's next for you on outside rides?
I'm feeling a bit shabby--we rode 32 miles. But, we did it in TWO days! Ha!. And, the two trails we did were almost completely flat!

6,820 steps, so far. PT workout (longer time...trying to catch up on day missed). We decided Sunday evening to take off and travel to KY to see the eclipse!! DH drove all night. It was awesome!!! The trip back home was "epic"! Bumper to bumper traffic across the state!!! Well worth it. What an adventure!! Now to get back into the workout groove.......See More
