I am wondering how you guys involve the parents in your classrooms? And how do you make sure that there is good communication and that the parents are feeling involved in their child's day to day time in school?
I came home got cleaned up and went back to volunteer several hours serving food when people came in from their rides. I met a lot of very interesting people who all share a common interest.
I'm glad I met my goal all though I suspect I might be in the sore side in the morning.

I'm feeling a bit shabby--we rode 32 miles. But, we did it in TWO days! Ha!. And, the two trails we did were almost completely flat!
Thank you to all of you on your kind thoughts on my mother's passing. Although it was very sad, it was wonderful to be with all my family. All 8 of us siblings, 15 of the 17 grandchildren and 5 of the 6 great grandchildren were there plus cousins I hadn't seen in 40-50 years.
90 minutes of walking. I don't think all my steps registered because my phone was in my jacket pocket. Yes, I said jacket in August. Lunch at the favorite Mexican with the senior senior citizens in our lives.
Has anyone ever worked in a classroom with a regular ed teacher and a special ed teacher co-teaching? How do you co-teach? What level of disabilities are generally seen in those integrated classrooms?
