Wow, that's some wind, men! Glad you're okay.
Somehow I gained a half-pound today--I honestly don't know why--so I walked a tougher route for 11,000 steps and cut back even more on calories. We'll see.

Not knowing where you are, this is a difficult question for us to answer for you. Perhaps call HR and ask what verification is needed--and whether you are responsible for providing it or whether they will get it. And congratulations!

Found freezer at DM unplugged!! Spent an hour throwing away and cleaning up the mess. That was my morning!!
Storms moving in this evening. Cooler temps. Nice garden weather. :)

Walked my 90 minutes this morning--actually dragged the last 20 in our major heat wave. Ugh.
