Exercise has been going well here, though it's been unseasonably cold. Today was real wind. Coming from the Northeast. Judging by DD, whose NYC school is closed tomorrow, this Nor'easter might be a doozy.
Today for me--45 minutes of yoga and 9651 steps. Maybe I can still get in those 300--I hate to see 6 green lines and one orange on my pedometer--ha!
I had an email from Bev today, and she said that she, too, had trouble getting into the site: "Still walking and working out at the pt place, and weight is slowly going down (yo-yo effect!). If you are getting in to the site, pass the hellos and good wishes to those still reporting in."
I hope that Men is still on our radar. How is the bicycling going? Have you had the "real" bike on the road yet this spring?
