Today's run/walk training went well. I improved my time and distance from last Monday's. This week the run portion was 90 seconds (up 30 from week 1) and the walk 2 minute walk (up 30 from week 1). The repetitions went from 8 to 6.

On the third repetition today, I hit a mental wall as I was completing the walk portion going uphill. Luckily, the run portion started at the top and was on the downhill part of the path so that helped me push through. After this brief hiccup, the rest of the intervals went well. My total distance during this training was 1.94 miles (last Monday's was 1.73). Small improvement but improvement nonetheless!

I continued walking until I hit my 3 mile mark (my current daily goal) and ended up home with 3.19 miles.

13776 steps today with friend, Dsil, and DH. Plus a cruise around a big box store. I do love the movement.
