Today was a perfect day to go walk/run at the path at the hospital. It was in the 70s and overcast. The path doesn't have shade so cloudy skies were a plus.

I decided to complete 3 loops around on the path. Each loop is a little over a mile so I was near 4 miles when I made it back to my car. I decided to do a loop around the parking lot where my car was to get to the 4 mile mark. So my final mileage was 4.02 in 71 minutes.

Since I was close to the shopping center, I decided to buy a new fitness tracker. My dilemma was how fancy I wanted and needed. I opted for one that had a heart rate component but no GPS (use my phone for that) and no call or text capabilities. This new tracker will allow me to count steps and track my sleep patterns. Not to fancy, but fancy than my previous one.

Keep moving!
Elaine/ret/IN That fitness tracker will fit right into your propensity to stay abreast of your training, jrod. Convenient how close the shopping center was. ;)

Two walks today. A little bit of light drizzles during the second one. 10,631 total steps. Pizza with the retirees from my school for lunch followed by a massage. Lucky day for me.
