Classroom Management Chatboard

Hello, I was moved after the year started to a new school, new subject, new grade level. From the very first class, it has been horrible. Multiple students per class want to argue about the simplest of procedures. I have been teaching for a while, and my procedures have never been a problem. The students are loud, rude, disobedient, and generally disrespectful. I have tried to rectify it during class, but instead of things getting better, they seem to be getting worse. I call parents, but nothing changes with behaviors. I have had to increase office referrals, which only makes me look bad. The teachers who have been at the school for years are having issues too. Not to the extent that I am, but this is not just me. I am very depressed at the state of things. I am also on a cart, running from class to class. Students are there before I am.
