haha It's definitely an art not a science and takes a while to find your way. I am generally very laid back but have made it work for me using humor to engage students while still communicating what I will and will not tolerate in my class. Hi,

Hi, new to this site and feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Just wondered if there were any other introverted trainee teachers around? Doing secondary school - love it, just dislike feeling like I'm being judged because I don't want to spend my every break (on placement) surrounded by tonnes of people.
