Missed getting home in time to get to spinning class so I went on man hour and a half bike ride. I was feeling stiff and sore from yesterday's 2 hour weeding and trimming project. My legs are very stiff in back now but I can walk!

Bev-MI 12,395 steps today. Yesterday was about the same. three miles hall walking (another rainy morning) and two on the treadmill. Afternoon was beautiful...sunny and warm with light breeze. I was asked if spiders were insects and remembered they were in the animal kingdom. But I had to review to see what kingdom viruses were in. If you teach science, what taxonomic kingdom do you place them in (if any)?
