Exercise (pt place) is on the schedule for tomorrow morning. We have a couple of new machines. I think they will change up the routine to "shock" the muscles! lol Five minutes is my longest on the stair stepper. Working my way up (first time was 1.5 min).

I managed to get in 2.24 miles in 41 minutes. I bought new shoes and compression leg sleeves to ward off the shin splints. I need to keep injury free to prevent the excuses from creeping back in.

Being lazy today. We were dumped on with over 10 inches of snow last night and today. High winds deep covering the tracks. I did so some shoveling which counts as exercise. Everything is closed today...pt place and senior hall where I walk. Stay warm and bring on some sunshine!!

So, I decided to start where I did back in 2013 with my C25K app. Today was day 3 and so far it's going well. I just can't understand WHY I can't seem to stick to just moving with purpose. I love the feeling of walking/running so why can't I just keep at it?!
As I try once again to get fit (regained half my weight lost!!!!) I decided to invest in new running shoes (very much needed) and to add compression leg sleeves to ward off the dreaded shin splints. Tracking my food never stopped (1907 days), just my food choices. I wasn't as diligent in making the right choices or portions. I logged even if it went over my allotted calories. Plus, the scale sat in the corner and rarely was used (funny since I used to step on that darn thing numerous times a day). So, here I begin again.
I was wondering if anyone might have an example of a 1st day script that they would share for elementary. I am trying to do my 1st one, and I could use some help.
